Dissipation matrix

The calculation of the dissipation matrix needs to be merged to this version as it is quite an useful feature and it will complement quite well the other quantities.

Performance improvement

Some of the features can be quite memory demanding, need to see if it is possible to find a better way to store some of the information as to minimize the memory consumption. Specially when calculating the forces, this can be a big issue when one has many images.
Maybe one should read and store only one snapshot at the time?

Improve documentation

The README and some of the documentation is not very clear, some users have been having problems in identifying how to run and or do certain analysis. This needs to be improved.
