cmt's Introduction

cmt - Contour Membrane Thickness
--------------------------------

Dependencies:

    o Python 3
    o Matplotlib
    o Numpy

Recommendations:

    Install Anaconda with Python3

usage: cmt.py [-h] [-o output-file] [--verbose] [--levels CONTOUR_LEVELS] [--title TITLE] [--mean MEAN] [--vmin VMIN] [--vmax VMAX] [--rows ROWS] [--cols COLS]
              [--plot-global-average] [--filled | --no-filled] [--smooth-colorbar] [--colormap COLORMAP]
              dat-file [dat-file ...]

Plot membrane thickness grids as contours.

positional arguments:
  dat-file DAT file(s) to plot.

optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-o output-file Filename for figure. File extension determines file type.
--verbose, -v Set verbose level. Repeated usage increases verbosity.
  --levels CONTOUR_LEVELS
Set the number of contour levels.
  --title TITLE Title for figure.
--mean MEAN A real number, "local", "global", or the mean over another dat file. Remove the given mean from each figure.
--vmin VMIN Set minimum contour value.
--vmax VMAX Set maximum contour value.
--rows ROWS Set maximum number of plot rows.
--cols COLS Set maximum number of plot columns.
  --plot-global-average
Plot the average contour over all inputs.
  --filled Plot filled contours.
  --no-filled Plot contours as lines
--smooth-colorbar Use a smoothly varying colorbar.
--colormap COLORMAP Change the colormap to one supported by Matplotlib or CMashing. Use "list" to see all available colormaps.
