Playlist Dialog Reselects Skipped Chapters

If I open the playlist dialog (under admin mode while screening movies) 
and de-select a couple chapters, then create a skip time, the chapters are 
re-selected upon insertion of the new skip time.

icons

Program Flow

1) if the x is hit on the media player dlg while a movie is playing the
video will continue to play

2) need to fix log out on player so that it will log the user out and not
send user back to admin dlg 

3) need to fix x on admin dlg so that it will actually close the window
