Model content not loading

At present, mods cannot load models/havok data. This is due to the fact that for content to load, it needs to be in a sub directory of content.

I suggest either a parameter that tells it to look in somewhere like content/exported/Mods, or moving the entire mod directory to that location (If that works for shaders etc)
