Predicting Real Estate Selling Prices in King County

This is a project developed during Ironhack Data Analytics Bootcamp, with the aim to build a Machine Learning Regression Model to predict the housing prices in King County, Washington State.

Also a dashboard was developed to present to the Senior management of the Real Estate Company to explore the characteristics of the houses and to provide some valuable insights.
