Handle flags passed to commands

Problem

Flags passed to commands cause an error.

❯ go test -v ./...
Error: unknown shorthand flag: 'v' in -v
Usage:
  dpm run [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help   help for run

unknown shorthand flag: 'v' in -v

Expected behavior

All flags should be handled by the command that dpm is invoking and not get intercepted by dpm

Vim plugins failing

When using vim plugins, dpm starts a container that never completes running causing a memory leak. Figure out how vim plugins run and troubleshoot the container/volume issue
