Allow mixing of v7 and v7 syntax

Odoo v8 still allows old API constructs to be used (e.g. _columns, v7 field notation, ...) so it must be possible to insert them even when using the v8 branch.

Proposal: re-add all constructs, but give the changed ones in their old form names such as m2o_v7, model_v7 etc... Things such as columns can remain as-is, as there's no equivalent in v8 to confuse matters.

Merge that into master, and for those still working on pure v7 environments, the v7 branch will be maintained without polluting it with v8 API.
