dungeon-crawler-roguelike's Issues

Specials occasionally collide.

Special attacks occasionally collide which wastes mana and has the potential to block paths by having specials remain still on the screen.

Add Skill Drops

Allow the player to gain additional skills as they play. This will allow their character to grow as they level up.

Create a Start Menu

Make a start menu that will allow the player to adjust the settings and start the game.

Improve Enemy AI

Current AI only moves horizontal or vertical. Implement some sort of modified A* to improve this.

Add Passive Skills

Each class should have a different passive skill that they can use.

Add Music and Sound Effects

Find or create music and sound effects to make the game less of a flat experience.

Moving Objects Able to Move into Same Tile.

Currently, enemies and players can move into the same tile. This makes it impossible for that creature to move which is bad news bears.

Create a Level and Skill Menu for Players to Manage their Character

Add a menu that will allow the player to view their current player and skill levels as well as (eventually) allowing the player to choose between skills.

Make Player Classes More Specialized

Make the player classes more distinct so that the game experience is more dynamic. This can be accomplished by modifying the attack, speed, etc.

Add Pick Ups for Special Attack.

This will differentiate between physical and ranged attacks.
