Error in SCANsat.cfg

There is an error in the scansat config file. The ',' before needs should be a ':'. The ',*' is also unnecessary and generates a warning.

IS:
@CONTRACT_TYPE[AS_*]:HAS[#tag[SCANsat]],NEEDS[SCANsat],*
SHOULD BE:
@CONTRACT_TYPE[AS_*]:HAS[#tag[SCANsat]]:NEEDS[SCANsat]

Allow both Mun Monoliths to be visited

Right now, the contract completes after one Munoliths is visited. This is by design, but it would be good to allow the player the option to do the second somehow.

KAL9000

Add optional support for the KAL9000 part. Basically would be required on the Jool ship if that mod is installed. ๐Ÿ”ด

The contract is cancelled, CC 0.7.0 is installed.
The following message was received:

After re agreement on the contract, I got message:

There's a number of monoliths that are no longer in weird positions (or they always were okay, but the detail settings were wrong). See here.

Location of Rock Arch #2 may be wrong

I've noticed a small 'problem' (not really a bug). The waypoint marker for Rock Arch #2 in the Mun is about 450m away from the actual arch itself, it would be nice if it were a bit closer so I don't have to EVA my kerbals all the way over there after landing at the arch.

Requirements for some contracts to stop showing up

Suggested by Miravlix. Should add requirements so stuff like the island airfield doesn't keep showing up if it's not something the player wants to do. Could do it as dropping off when the player hits interplanetary.
