Hamro Aawaz is a platform where users can address community issues, and the governing body resolves them. Features include rewards and profile updates for legitimate problems, profile rank reduction for irrelevant issues, mandatory verification with government documents, and an emergency reporting system with penalties for false reports under cybercrime laws.
