Make calc_subj_pep function more flexible

This function should be able to calculate p_episode in a few different ways:

• Calculate EEG within the function, by specifying electrode pairs and a referencing method.
• Loading EEG from a local file system, by specifying a path to a .hd5 file
• Entering an EEG timeseries object as an argument

Accommodate analysis of BOTH encoding and retrieval

Class currently only supports analysis of encoding events, aka events of type "WORD". This analysis should, however, be expanded to work with retrieval as well ("REC_WORD").

Changing word_events to be retrieval words is easy - merely switch between WORD and REC_WORD as necessary. What is more difficult is using the surrounding events to select the appropriate timeseries for a background fit. These event labels are also different for some subjects than they are for others, and are possibly even more complicated for experiments other than FR1.
