Support for more files

Hello,

The "official" todotxt shell application, todo.sh has support to move done items to done.txt, move other items into separate files (like deferred.txt) and so on.

This allows me to maintain wishlist.txt, for example, without it cluttering up my actual todo actions.

How do you stand on adding this to todotxt? I have some work done already in berkes@dbf5fb1, but that needs cleaning up.

And it requires some refactoring, and, to keep stuff clean and consistent, it probably needs some backwards-incompatible changes to the config setup.

Wondering mostly on your opinion on this. I will continue development on my personal fork, since I need this myself. But if you like the idea, please let me know what you like, don't like or what other ideas you have about this. So that I can take different paths and we can merge this back into your repo at some point.
