properly setting width of container

In _setWidth, do this :
_$container.width(width - (w_margin*2));

instead of:
_$container.width(width);

Do not set container size after applying styles to tiles

This causes a visual issue with a tile not "feeling" responsive when rapidly clicking it. In other words, if you tried to double click fast, the tile would only click once. For some reason, by setting the container width after all tile styles have been applied and the tiles are arranged causes click event responsiveness issues
