add functionality to "plot kinetics"

for kinetics analysis, it would be useful to print t1/2 on the graph (on top of the legend)? in addition to printing it in the terminal window.

The presentation page on PyPI is based on the README.md but is outdated.

KeyError 'fit' on kinetics

the kinetics branch seems to be not working, giving the above error on graphs. the spectrum part is fine.

introduce option to modulate font size

Font size becomes too small on legends and axes when the png file of the chart is re-sized, but the data remains readable. Can we introduce a function to enlarge font to take care of this issue? Thanks!
