header / responsive: prevent line-breaks in nav-entries

On behalf of @silkine, who noticed that:

Line-breaks in navigation-items appear between 960px width (breakpoint) and 991px (enough space). According to layouts the .topbar-logo-date and/or .topbar-logo-text could be removed to make some space.

Startpage button on mobile gets cut off

Sorry for not solving this myself. Just noticed that the button on the startpage with the current amount of text goes to the dragons on my phone.

Set up speaker pages

• a page for each speaker and their talk
• an index page for all speakers (/speakers)
• a smaller gallery component that shows all speakers (for the main landing page)
• the ability to have a speaker page "unpublished"
• the schedule should use the same data, so each speaker page needs a start and end time as well

Button optic broken on speaker detail page?

Hey, something is wonky with the "Ticket" button on the speaker detail page. Looks currently like this on my Mac/Chrome:

Update CoC

• we only have black and red lanyards
• "Contacting a staff member, identified by STAFF badges, buttons, or shirts." -> Contacting a TEAM member, identified by TEAM buttons

Grid Layout

Figure out a grid system for the main content area. The mockups assume a 12columns grid, but all we need might be three types of (responsive) sections:

• centered full width content
• 50% split content left
• 50% split content right
