Put tickets on sale

Depends on #1 to know numbers.

• decide pricing/numbers
• put on sale somewhere (tito/eventbrite/meetup)
• write copy for sale page & website

Confirm venue and date

We're waiting to hear back from the Pegasus Theatre - if that works for us, then we can lock down a date with them.

Current plan: a Saturday in October (not 22nd).
