pytorch版本和keras版本目前分别存在的若干问题

1、pytorch版本提供的处理数据程序，仅能获得14万张patch，没有论文所说的23万张patch
2、pytorch版本复现不了论文结果，val的psnr仅为27，且无法达到去除stripe的效果
3、pytorch版本未实现directionaltv的loss
4、keras版本未提供处理数据程序

Is it open source ? (license ?)

Hi,
I am currently working on a project to develop an open source image restoration pipeline. Your approach for stripe noise removal is interesting and I would like to try it out. However, it would be a loss of time for me if I cannot use it afterwards, so I would like if your project is intended to be open source, and if so, under which license ?
For now, I integrated a gaussian noise removal, a super-resolution and a colorization technique, all with MIT or Apache license, and it would be interesting to see if stripe noise removal improves the pipe.
