If your system shell is Bash and you run ZSH, you have to export GBT_SHELL='zsh'.
If your system shell is ZSH and you run Bash, you have to export GBT_SHELL='bash'.

I'm using zsh, but in zsh it work, in bash I see this

Your system shell is ZSH and GBT is trying to detect which shell you are using by exploring the SHELL environment variable. If you want to have correct PS1 in Bash even if your system shell is ZSH, you set the following in your .bashrc:

export GBT_SHELL='bash'
PS1='$(gbt $?)'

If default is bash I have to set GBT_SHELL='zsh'?

I want suggest to use export GBT_SHELL="$0" in .bashrc and in .zshrc
