Adding additional custom tokens for control during inference

Hi there and thanks a lot for you HF tutorial and for sharing all these materials. I would be interested to add additional tokens for control in inference based on a songs metadata. How could I do that? MOOD for example.

Also I was wondering what was the primary reason you decided to modify the original MMM repo instead of using something like Miditok? I am asking cause I am right at that step now.
