VLC playing in loop mode

intro video should be a loop always

The intro video starts showing some seconds later

I can not see the animation from the first text, the video is jumping from the last frame to maybe one second from the beginning and not from 0. If there is no way to solve that i can make a intro video that takes more time to show the first animation.

sensor not responding

Sometimes the sensor is not responding after the intialization, mus.py stay waiting after loging:
[...]
ProductRevisionMajor : 1
ProductRevisionMinor:15

and is waiting there forever

I think maybe is the way that I interrupt the python script to run it again, but even killing the thread the only way to recover the communication with the sensor is rebooting the pi or disconnecting the sensor phisically from the the connector.

It would be awesome a way to force a reset in the sensor at the beginning if this possibility exist

Hide the mouse

I think there is a mode in the vlc parameters to hide the mouse pointer, right now, even if the raspberry pi has no mouse attached the pointer appears in the top left corner.

It would amazing not to see it

key to exit

I need a key to quit the program. When mus.py is loaded from the autostart there is no console to stop the script

small bug at the end of the main video when is played at least two times

If the user is in front of the screen at the end of the mainvideo, the main video plays again, right after that if the user leaves the position, when the video ends, the player reproduce once more the main video instead the loop.

The sensor report wrong values randomly.

Its a known issue with this sensor. All the wrong values I saw was 0 or very small distances, maybe can be solved setting up a lower limit and ignore readings under that value

No internet access

When the script is loaded form the autostart still there is no wify connection . The script should wait some time before checking the connectivity

Be prepared to simulate a pulse

The Bluetooth light system switches are here and Im integrating this circuit in the board. On the manual they say this is ready for push buttons. This means that maybe we will need to simulate a pulse (on during some milliseconds and the off)) instead a switch all the time on /off when the status for the player is changing. Maybe we will not need this feature but if we need I only can realize a bit late when Im already there in the installation testing the light system

Relais state

When the user is in front of the screen and the main video ends, its starting again as it shlud be but the relais update the state for a very short because setRelaisIntroVideo is called and after that setRelaisMainVideo is called again, this means the lights in the room are going to have a strange behaviour. Ideally if the user is in from of the screen and the main video is in a loop the light status in the room is never updated.

implement mainvideoTimer property in mus.py

I updated mus.py to read the startingDistance property from the config the next is to implement and read the mainVideoTimer with the "-1" trick
