DataFrame constructor that repeats unequal-lengthed vectors

This partially works. The following works:

d = DataFrame(quote
    a = [1:5]
    b = letters[1:15]
    x = 3
end)

This doesn't. Column a is dropped because it's not a multiple of the longest:

d = DataFrame(quote
    a = [1:4]
    b = letters[1:15]
    x = 3
end)

[tshort]

Works now.

d = DataFrame(quote
    a = [1:4]
    b = letters[1:5]
    x = 3
end)

julia> d
DataFrame  (5,3)
        a   b x
[1,]    1 "a" 3
[2,]    2 "b" 3
[3,]    3 "c" 3
[4,]    4 "d" 3
[5,]    1 "e" 3

julia> dump(d)
DataFrame  5 observations of 3 variables
  a: DataVec{Int64}(5) [1,2,3,4]
  b: DataVec{ASCIIString}(5) ["a","b","c","d"]
  x: DataVec{Int64}(5) [3,3,3,3]
