PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method MongoDB\\Collection::update()

Hello! I am using the Store module and it works great for POST and GET annotations. However, when I want to edit or delete annotations I get an error message for undefined method update() or remove(). Any idea why this might be happening? It's the first time I am using MongoDB so excuse my ignorance if it's a trivial question :)

Windows Server

Trying to set things up on a windows server but when I run the composer install script I receive errors about invalid zip files. Is the project compatible with windows? Can you help with the issue? Below is the output of the composer install:
