WSL2/Podman-Desktop: docker.sock: permission denied

I'm currently having an issue when doing a jumppad up on Win 11 WSL2 with Podman-Desktop installed:

ERRO Unable to create container ref=resource.container.vscode error="Error response from daemon: container create: statfs /var/run/docker.sock: permission denied"

I suspect this is a podman issue and seems to be related to rootless containers, is there a way to call --privileged from jumppad?
