allow having multiple project copies in same local environment

It is sometimes useful to have two folders with the same project when working on different branches etc. Right now occ fetches the project name from the folder name, this design must be changed for this feature to work. We must also create a way where dependencies can be selected when compiling the dependency graph.

allow specifying project path on cmd line instead of always relying on getcwd()

make -i generate a decent scaffolding

index root project automatically when compiling

move occ cache to ~/.cache?

compile single file with predefined occ.project

Sometimes you want to have a librcd project in a single file for testing etc. Occ.project is not really designed for this purpose right now, create a new standard for this that librcd could implement?
