C++ 11 / VS2012 Incompatibility

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download VS 2012 90-Day Trial 
(http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/downloads)
2. Open Solution and Compile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error: "The C++ Standard doesn't provide a hash for this type."  Existing code 
within the project uses an unsupported hash type in C++ 11.  The previous spec 
allowed any type which could be converted to an integer.  I would fix this but 
I can't see where a the template hash type is being invoked from the code to 
cause this compiler warning.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

C++ 11 compiler, VS 2012 / Windows 8, VS 2010 FBX SDK.

Winding Order Problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the FBX viewer executable.
2. Open the static ship model previously sent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Some triangle faces are missing -- could it be a problem related to winding 
order?  I suspect a video card driver issue related to Windows 8, because I 
have seen this behavior before with WDDM 1.1 AMD drivers.  This is the same 
ship model I sent via email -- if it worked fine with your system I'll 
investigate driver compatibility.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using the compiled executable which is part of the SDK.  Windows 8 / DirectX 11.
