Amazon polly takes place of IVONA Text-to-speach

From 30 June 2017 IVONA will be replaced by Amazon Polly(registration of new IVONA accounts is already blocked). But currently Polly can create only Mp3 or Ogg Vorbis files and Telegram on the other hand can handle as voice messages only Ogg Opus.

Bot won't work

Now bot asks for Yandex Speechkit Cloud key for every usage. But even after setting it with /key command it says the key is not valid and refuses to produce voice messages

парсинг ударения

Согласно api в тексте можно использовать ударение как символ + перед ударной гласной. Но судя по всему в боте придется писать "м%2bолоко" вместо "м+олоко".
