Test selected Passthrough GPU for UEFI support

The passthrough GPU must support UEFI.

Test for AMD-V

Need to support testing for AMD-V. To begin, this could simply check against dmesg for "AMD-Vi: Initialized for Passthrough Mode", but ideally it would also determine the motherboard make/model and the CPU make/model (this feature is for AMD, so limit to that), test both against a database (which would have to be updated) to see if AMD-V is supported.

Test for VT-d

Need to support testing for VT-d. To begin, this could simply check against dmesg for "Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O", but ideally it would also determine the motherboard make/model and the CPU make/model (this feature is for Intel, so limit to that), test both against a database (which would have to be updated) to see if VT-d is supported.

Update /etc/default/grub for enabling virtualization

Given sudo permissions, update /etc/default/grub such that GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT is updated to include the following:

• If Intel CPU: intel_iommu=on
• If AMD CPU: amd_iommu=on

Test for at least 2 GPUs

viffy needs to be able to determine the GPUs in the system. There must be at least 2 for VFIO PCI-Passthrough to be useful.
