Before this feature is added you can just use httrack:

$ brew install httrack
$ httrack localhost:8085
...
(HTML + other static files will be in new directory `localhost_8085`)

Since it's been requested a lot, I'll see if I can put something together for 1.0.

I'd like to get templating done first though, because I think it will change a lot of the core structure of how daux passes variable and content around within itself.

Great news!

Thanks to @sevir's great work on implementing a static page generation scheme, it is now possible to create static pages for your documentation.

From your daux root, type

php index.php generate

To get a folder of all your docs and associated files, ready to upload.

Since this is now implemented in PHP, I don't think a grunt task is necessary. Closed unless someone thinks it needs to be a grunt task (and would like to implement it ;) )

+1 for the Grunt task. It would be great to be able to throw this task into existing projects that have grunt by just having one package to install.
