Music & sound FX are broken

I don't really know exactly how to describe it, but several music tracks such as the intro theme and Prof. Oak's lab only play a single audio channel, and are way too slow. Also, several sound FX in battle are broken, such as the player's Pokemon cries, the Tackle attack sound, etc. However, other music tracks and sound effects play just fine. I have tested this in VBA-M v2.0 on Windows, mGBA v0.5.2 (and the latest nightly build) on Windows and Nintendo 3DS, and GameYob on Nintendo 3DS, and they all exhibit this problem. If needed, I can submit an example later today.

Help Adding More Than 152 Pokemon

Hi!

I am working on my own hack of Pokered, and I am stuck on adding a 153rd mon.

I added a 152nd just fine and it works, but when I try to add more than that I get fully working mon with MISSINGNO sprites that never change no matter what I do.

Could you please provide me with some insight for how to take the original Pokered and change it to get fully working 153+ mon?

Crash after Rival Battle

Bugs with the first battle with Rival:

• No BG Music after rival sends out Pokemon (sound effects still play).
• No Levels shown.

• Game crashes when battle ends, or when player uses item (white screen).

Other bugs:

• Graphical issues in Lab.

Issue found using Gambatte v0.5.0 via Retroarch. Using hard patch found here with Pokemon Blue rom.

HELP!

When i type make i get this C:\cygwin\usr\local\bin\rgbasm.exe: invalid option -- D
make: *** [Makefile:37: audio_red.o] Error 1

INSTALL.md incorrectly states that IPS patches are linked on README.md

Honestly, the ways to solve this would either be to make a quick fix to the install.md, or add the links back onto the readme.md.

typo

when one of the trainers on route 24 says "I can see your feet from the grass" or whatever it is, it says "feat" instead of "feet"

Restore an unused battle.

I've got an idea that I always wanted to do or see done in the Pokémon games of Red/Blue/Yellow. Restore an unused Professor Oak Battle.

Error 5

I'm trying to do this on a windows computer and I'm really bad at these sorts of things. I tried to follow the video tutorial as best as I could, with the exception of using updated versions and using the "Python 2" versions. However, when I put in the "Make" command after loading it once, it just gives me this error:

$ make

ERROR: wram.asm(3309):
Constant mustn't be negative: -2

And to be clear, it gave me this message on first load-up as well.

SHARPEN on Chameleon?

I just leveled up my Chameleon and found it wants to learn Sharpen, which actually is a Porygon move.
Is this just a left-over from debugging or is this intended?

What are the new features included in https://github.com/TheFakeMateo/RedPlusPlus/tree/master/patches ? (like hard mode, nuzlocke etc)

why not simply have a branch for the stable version?

Flash referred to as an HM

When you go to PROF.OAK's PC he tells you to get flash but calls it an HM even though it's a TM now.

Bugs

• Bill has a different palette the second time you visit (first green, then brown)
• Pokeballs don't "glow" when healing at PkCenters
• Couple when defeated say "I just can't win!" xD
• Youngster in Route 11 says line from Nugget Bridge trainers ("I did my best! I have no regrets!")
• Lavender roofs change color to Saffron roofs when entering Route 8
• Girl in Route 12's lookout that gives you TM39 has glitched text
  

Audio gets cut and freezes the game

When starting a battle with a wild Nidoran F/M the music and their cries sound broken, and then the game freezes before I get any message.

Trades broken

Game crashes while attempting to use the Wonder Trade or NPC trades, when you press A after you get the message "Okay, connect the cable like so!" to load the trading sequence.
