module can not be used when an app consumes more than one shard

Description

module can not be used when there is a app that consumes more than one shard.

This needs adjustments to have each entry in the loop only once: https://github.com/justtrackio/terraform-aws-ecs-gosoline-monitoring/blob/main/alarm_kinsumer.tf#L2

Currently there can be more than one "consumer" entry in the resulting list.

Bump terraform-provider-gosoline version
