Change OU to l(locality)

The main issues I have concern the OU in the DN.

Examples are sometime based on Organizational Unit but sometime based on location, geographic area (EMEA, APAC, AMER), ...
some custom attribute cannot be included some attributes don't make sense in the current format (like someone in EMEA and a location in the US).

And what if someone moves from one OU to another?

I assume this would be by setting the userAccountControl to some value.

Is it possible to add users to groups under OUs?

Some folks want to be able to have groups in specific OUs.

Password Attribute options

add a default password (userPassword) to be configurable .
Some LDAP Server Implementations use other attribute names.
