hastalavista's Issues

make useThisFolder() an option of the visualization object

For development it is handy to be able to use local views and store data locally. Thus the use of useThisFolder().

For the sake of clarity and syntax this should be an option of the visualization object (class). By default visualization uses views and data shipped with the package, but for development we can use a path="local" or path="path" to tell the server where to point the symbolic link.

add new view / update views

If working with git repositories for projects we may want to develop a view and be able to simply update it from the project repository without having to put it manually in the correct folder

Make a function that places a view in the correct package folder /view

coloring

Color coding is key for best visual experience and also for clarity. Coherence among the different script is key as well so that groups always appear with the same color

Color coding should be defined for each metadata. Create a view to explore metadata and assign colors to groups.
The result can be re-exported as a csv file containing the metadata and the color codes for each of them. A function getColor for metadata could be implemented in dataset-metadata package.
