Improve instruction wording

Improve wording on the links -

FROM: Viewer (right-clicking into a new instance of the browser is recommneded)
TO: Viewer - Right click here and open in a new window

FROM: Resize this page after it opens.
TO: Click here to open a new tab, and then resize the page after it opens

Verify browser behavior

Check the behavior of the current version of the browsers, update the document if necessary.

README link

In index.html the README link points to a local file, if this does not make onto the server it is broken. If it does get copied to the server then the README is viewed as text only and is not rendered.
