Refactor CommandCallbackFactory

The code is a mess, probably need some class builder to build up the string to compile to clean it up

Add full reactor support

Figure out how to integrate reactor with execution, type parsers, and preconditions

Don't allow static command methods

Allow having context as a param for command methods

This will help alleviate thread safety issues with singleton modules (setContext)

Setup release process
