add subtitle

It looks cleaner I think if I can style the subtitle smaller.

I actually just reported a bug in the template that was making the title the same size as the venue.
carpentries/workshop-template#703

I fixed it in our version so the title has matching h1 tags. It had mismatched h1 and h2 and was displaying as h2.

Jupyter notebook install instructions formatting doesn't work in template

Currently looks like this, seems the formatting isn't working

I can change this to html so it displays correctly on the page.

For example this is what I had for the last one:
This workshop is targeted towards the technical WHOI staff in order to improve project efficiency and build technical skills. It will only be held for 10 people at a time through an online Zoom meeting. Registration is required. Please contact [email protected] for availability.
Workshop sponsorship: WHOI Academic Programs Doherty Award and a DDVPR Technical Staff Training Award.
I assume it should be just DDVPR Technical Staff Training Award
Is that email right? it isn't your normal one.
