Finish admin module page view

Decide if the module should have any additional info boxes or any other content apart from module main content. Adjust module admin header and footer.

Finish admin category view layout

Add info boxes for each default category.
Info boxes can contain most important setting information for each category as well as content count, for example, admin users category - users settings - registered users...

Finish porting overall theme look and features

Some layout parts like top bar (status bar) sidebar and all the other elements need to be reviewed.
Messages, tasks, and notifications need to be functional.

Notifications - could be information like updatechecker etc...

Add form type for theme settings

Instead of defining each variable type form field in variables.yml create form type that corresponds to the whole form or only to one page.
