Error trying access to "modify config"

Env: Prod, ZK 2.0.15 fresh install.

When I try entry to Antispam/admin/preferences I got the error:

Captcha is not present in Registration

I have activated the Captcha:

But Captcha is not present how "Hook"

Only Re-Captcha is showed.

Captcha and Re-Captcha are not independents?
