No authentication possibilities documented

I can see from source that there is an optional auth property in Zazler conf object.
How should one use it? Please provide documentation and examples how to use it.

Seems that JSONB type is not supported at the moment

npm & repo version mismatch

npm has version 1.0.63, this repo is 1.0.58. Did you forget to push?

Using postgres protocol throws "Unknown protocol"

As can be seen from here postgres protocol is allowed but as seen from here it is not even taken into account.
