Configuration issue occurs for django-allauth>=0.56.0

Error:

raise ImproperlyConfigured(
django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: allauth.account.middleware.AccountMiddleware must be added to settings.MIDDLEWARE"

Updating Middleware format is needed.

Migrate to Django Version 4

Many things have changed and this code is for old django version <= 3

Add logout confirmation

Automatically create calender event in Google Calender

Invites the user emails for the particular event.

Fix margins of elements

There are unpleasant gaps between edit delete here, and small margin in boundary and date.
Either fix those gaps or replace by icons.

Allow adding day+ long events

Events spanning 2 or more days, such as fests. Just need an option in edit menu to select end date also, but will also require backend and db changes.

Remove venue: text on home screen

Sometimes it can be just a link or description, so venue written there looks odd.

Allow overlapping events

Some events may overlap during fests (like Utkarsh), show a prominent warning before adding but do allow overlapping events to be added anyway.

Replace event details with event name

This should be done in edit event menu. Also, it shouldn't be a text box field. A string also works. More description could be added in venue field, which should be renamed to info or details. Also, more space should be given in each tile to show this description.

overlap selector don't work on mobile devices

It always defaults to one value, can't select the other one.

Sort activities with increasing start time

Allow adding link to event details in each card

It should be possible to click the event card that will redirect you to relevant fb post or google meet link.

Change the default django admin interface!

Currently coordinators have to see django administration written here and there, and see various useless things in interface, which should not be.
Also no flexibility is there with default template, so we should be building our own dashboards for coordinators, making it easier to select and change event details.

Find some way to automate the process of storing student emails.

Option to add event to Google calendar

App might require supporting all educational email accounts, a button of calendar to invite and add event to your calendar easily.

Reduce wide gap b/w icon and field.

on desktop devices, calendar and time select icon appears too distant. Bring them near. Possibly have start and end times in one line.

Document the code

Add docstrings for methods and classes used. If possible, improve the naming.

Design custom error 404 and 500 pages

Set debug to false too, it is a security risk

Format entire codebase

For python tools like black or autopep, isort can be used. Format HTML too. Move all css out from HTML.

Improve dekstop UI to follow a widescreen format.

[feature] Add an optional venue option

Add a non compulsory option of adding venue - If venue is added show with the event on the home page.

Make ui compatible for mobile device

Bug when changing event timing.

Let's say I have an event from 8-10 pm. We can't change it to 7-9 pm because it clashes with itself.

Add 11:59 pm to default time drop downs for easier additions
