login problem

hi facing problem to login (properly interned all parameters in file cred.yml )

Not Able To Login

Hi, I'm providing all values to login but it's giving me the following log:

What is Access Type and how to pass it (if needs to be passed as input to login function)?
Can you help me resolve this issue?
