Simplify control pins

Controlling all four transistors is cool, but error-prone. Especially during power-up when everything is in an unknown state.
The interface should be simple and fault-resistant. Rather than controlling all four lines, it should be two:
Enable/Disable (Labelled EN)
Forward/Reverse (labelled DIR)

This should prevent shoot-through during startup and provide easier controls.
As a bonus, it also allows for the addition of an E-Stop.

Need bulk capacitor

Need a bulk capacitor to filter out switching noise from the high-current load.
Maybe the hbridge is situated a long way from the power source and the length of the cable causes too much inductance.
