Some definitions not showing up

For example, there are six entries defined for pediatric but only 2 of them appear after typing PAOED/KWRAT/REUBG:

If the input stroke exactly matches a suggestion, sort it 1st

Could either implement as an additional final sorting tiebreaker (i.e. only goes into effect assuming all other sorting keys are equal), or a checkbox option that forces the input to always be ranked first.

Hopefully this enhancement might reduce the number of misstrokes that show up at the top of the list of suggestions.
