Rendering custom container

hei,

i tried rendering a custom container by using

::: custom_block
block content
::: custom_block

but it doesn't seem to be an easy way to render a custom layout.

are there any examples how this could be done?
since the documentation for custom containers is only for javascript,
is not that easy to replicate it in php.

update to composer v2

Class Kaoken\Test\MarkdownItTestgen\CTest located in ./vendor/kaoken/markdown-it-php/src/MarkdownIt/MarkdownItTestgen/CTest.php does not comply with psr-4 autoloading standard. Skipping.

fails with trailing !

First off, thank you @kaoken for putting this package together.

I noticed that the conversion currently fails if a line ends in ! due to this line not checking if the index exists first: https://github.com/kaoken/markdown-it-php/blob/master/src/MarkdownIt/RulesInline/Image.php#L22

problem with tables

Hey there! I'm having an issue getting the support for tables to work:

$md = new Kaoken\MarkdownIt\MarkdownIt();
$result = $md->render('    
| First Header  | Second Header |
| ------------- | ------------- |
| Content Cell  | Content Cell  |
| Content Cell  | Content Cell  |
');

Response:

Uninitialized string offset: 31

PHP 8 compatibility: match is a reserved keyword.

Match is a reserved keyword in PHP 8.
Class Kaoken\LinkifyIt\Match must be renamed :-)
