Is helm-posframe-border-color working currently?

Where are the LISP codes mentioned here and how to let Emacs load them?

You use the following init.el configuration:

.emacs.d/init.el

(defconst config-el (expand-file-name "config.el" user-emacs-directory))

But I can't find the "config.el" file in this repo at all. In addition, I also noticed that all your settings are stored in README.org. I still can't figure out how to let Emacs load these configurations this way.

Any hints will be highly appreciated.

On Ubuntu 20.04, based on your wonderful code snippets here, I tried with the following company-wordfreq configuration:

    "Suggest words by frequency."

          (setq-local company-transformers-backup company-transformers)
          (setq-local company-backends '(company-wordfreq))
          (setq-local company-transformers nil))

      (setq-local company-transformers company-transformers-backup))))

I test the above setting in Emacs with the following workflow:

C-\ british RET
M-x fk/company-wordfreq-mode RET

Then input some English words, but there is no drop-down menu which suggests me possible words as I type, as shown below:
