NoFE is a modified version of BVLC Caffe to support Network of Experts.

The details of the algorithm to generate the specialists

Great work and thanks for sharing the code. I noticed that the code to to generate the specialists is not released (elasso adapted from [5]). Would you please give more details? It would help me a lot. Thanks in advance.
