Add transactions back

Should attempt to transform the class until a de-optimization is hit that completely stops the class from being transformed - in which case we should escape

Should ignore class expressions

If a class is being used immediately as an expression instead of as a statement, it should be ignored

Should support tainting nested values

Currently, only tainting of identifiers are supported - but nested values (i.e. composition, object literals, other member expressions).

Should test this with test262

The original class should remain untouched

Currently, marking bindings as tainted isn't working properly and so it taints & rewrites the original class. However, the original class should remain unchanged in case of any de-optimizations such as trying to use the original class as an expression somewhere.

Should disallow inheritance

Make tests pass

All spec tests should pass + all extra tests

Also should add more extra tests because the spec tests look very minimal

Property setters are not implemented

Well they are, but they are commented out
