Setup Linter

Delete Tasks

Add the ability to delete tasks:

task_cli delete [ID]

Show command summary on faulty user inputs

When the user input is not a know command we want to show the cli's documentation:

>> task_cli foo
Usage: task_cli [COMMAND]

Type task_cli help [COMMAND] for more details:

get         fetch and display tasks
init        create task
complete    mark task as completed

Edit tasks

Add the ability to edit tasks with the following command:

task_cli edit [ID] --name [NAME]

Raise error message when config are not found

We should raise a meaningful error message when configurations (env variables/config file) are not found. Currently, the gem is just crashing.
