ZNVM_PREEXEC commands dont trigger nvm load if args are also passed

Demo:

# without args
subl
loading nvm...

# with args 
subl ~/Code/znvm
# nvm not loaded

I think a split at space char should do the trick. Here are the lines where this match happens:

znvm_load_pre_exec () {
 	if znvm_contains_elem "$1" "${ZNVM_PREEXEC[@]}"; then
 		load-nvm
	fi
}

incorrect regex for matching pre-exec commands

using config
ZNVM_PREEXEC=("code", "subl")
should match the commands subl and code on the command line however the regex used overfits and matches any occurrence of these words. It should only match commands starting with these words and followed by at least one space.

nvm should load if terminal directly opened at a dir containing .nvmrc

If terminal is opened on a directory that contains or has a parent that contains a .nvmrc file it must load nvm with the appropriate node version immediately.
