There is NO a LICENSE file .

In your repository , there is NO any license file .
In one file , there is an included license about it , but this does not apply to other files .

If there is NO any explicit license file , with respect to copyright laws , this means that "No one can touch to these files " . In Github , there is a condition about fork ability , but this does no allow to download the repositories without an explicit license .

We consider persons respecting the Laws .

Inclusion of a "permissive" license would be very beneficial to your repository users .
