Implemented and released in 3.1.2. Thanks for opening this issue! Not sure why I never put this in before, a really handy feature. (just spent several minutes playing 1-4 in full screen 👌). Closing issue.

by resizable window do you mean changing the dimensions of the image state? i.e changing the height and width?

So like when the game loads, just be able to go max screen or make it so that I can make the window a bit bigger.

Oh! Yes that's easily doable with a one line change in the emulator dependency this project uses (nes-py). I'll get those changes implemented quickly.
